Terms and conditions of the "Snap, tag, discount" campaign

• The campaign “Snap, tag, discount” (hereinafter: campaign) runs from 28 January 28 2022.
• The campaign is open to everyone with a Facebook or Instagram account.
• The subject of the campaign is a 5 € discount on GoOpti transport purchases made through www.goopti.com.

Participation in the campaign:

• To receive the discount code, users must post a photo or video of their trip (in a GoOpti vehicle, at the airport or at their destination) on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #mygoopti or tag the GoOpti profile on Facebook or Instagram.
• The posted photo must be made public (profile privacy settings).
• Each user may post multiple photos or videos, but is entitled to a maximum of four (4) discount codes per year within the campaign.
• Multiple similar photos or videos from the same trip will not be taken into account.
• Participating users will receive the discount code via direct message on their Instagram or Facebook profile.

Disclaimer and copyright:

• The participating user warrants that the photo or video posted is his/her own work or that he/she has obtained all necessary consents from the author in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act for publication.
• The participant undertakes that he/she will not, under any circumstances, publish content featuring third parties unless he/she has obtained the appropriate consents from them for public publication.
• Theparticipant undertakes under no circumstances to publish any content containing any other details which may result in, or on the basis of which, any third party rights may be affected.
• The participant undertakes not to publish any content that could cause any damage or be contrary to applicable laws, regulations and morals.
• The participant fully authorises GoOpti to publish and use the photographs and videos on its social networks and website for promotional purposes.

Terms and conditions for the use of the discount code:

• The discount can be obtained by entering the appropriate discount code at the penultimate step of the purchase process.
• The discount can only be obtained for purchases made within the validity period of the discount code.
• The discount is available to all individual users who have previously registered with their personal account on the www.GoOpti.com website.
• The discount is not available to partners, agencies and customers registered with a business account.
• Only one discount code can be used when purchasing transport. Discounts cannot be cumulated and promotions are mutually exclusive.

GoOpti reserves the right to extend the duration of the promotion or cancel it at any time.
